WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
You should check-out of your room by 12 noon at the latest. In any case, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's storage room if you wish. For your comfort, you can extend your stay at the hotel until 1pm for a supplement of €10.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
You may check-in from 2pm. *If you will be arriving before this established time you can leave your luggage with us in our storage room until your room becomes available.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BOOK A ROOM?
To make your booking you can use our online booking service available on our website or contact our Bookings Department over the phone (+34 924 67 11 51) or by email (reservasvetonia@hotelesacosta.com). Bear in mind that by booking directly with the hotel on our website you can enjoy the best price guaranteed.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY BOOKING?
If you have booked via our online booking service, modifications or cancellations may be made using this same channel. If you have booked over the phone or by email you can cancel or modify your booking using either of these channels.

IS IT SAFE TO SEND MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA THE HOTEL'S WEBSITE?
The sending of information via our booking forms is carried out from a secure server with special protection methods in place.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING WITHOUT PAYING CANCELLATION FEES?
To cancel your booking without fees, you must do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival date.

The hotel has extra beds available on request and subject to availability. If you are interested in reserving one, please call the hotel directly.

At the hotel you will find the following types of rooms: Double Room with two beds; Triple Room; Disabled Access Room; Royal Suite with jacuzzi.

WHAT TYPE OF BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
Every day the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. The price per person is €5 (VAT included). This service is available Monday to Friday from 7am to 11am, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7.30am to 11am. From 7am you will find our café open where you can also enjoy different types of breakfasts.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The price of breakfast is not included in the room rate unless specified otherwise when you make your booking. In any case, breakfast can be booked when you arrive at the hotel or alternatively you can head straight to the hotel's café and charge it to your room.

The hotel has a free outdoor car park available.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL?
If you are travelling via the A-66 motorway, take the Almendralejo Norte exit. Once you reach the roundabout, you will see the hotel next to it. If you will be arriving via a different road connection, you will find the hotel located on the N-630 Km 647.
